Redevelopment of Existing Retail Block - Grey Lynn

SCOPE: Redevelopment of an existing 2 story brick retail block, incorporating new additions with precast concrete wall panels and structural steel support frames.  Design included seismic upgrade of the existing brick building.
ROLE: Structural design and site observation.

Redevelopment of Rendells - Auckland

SCOPE: Retrofit of Rendell’s department store into fitness centre, food court, retail shopping complex and a backpackers lodge in a four storey existing brick building.
ROLE: Architectural and structural design including seismic upgrades and structural observation.
