BERESFORD ST DEVELOPMENT - AUCKLAND

SCOPE : A six storey office and car park building in Beresford St. The basement car park was constructed using perimeter caisson pile retaining walls and the superstructure was steel framed with concrete floor and precast wall panels. Worked with Martin Hughes Architectural Interiors Ltd
ROLE : Structural design and architectural detailing for tender, Building Consent and construction. Site supervision.
BOAT MAINTENANCE BUILDING - AUCKLAND

SCOPE: Stage 2 development of a boat maintenance building comprising a high bay steel portal frame structure, with precast concrete cladding and a two storey commercial office / workshop building with precast concrete floors and walls.
ROLE: Structural design and site observation.
OFFICE WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT FOR MITEC – EAST TAMAKI, MANUKAU

SCOPE: A 4000m2 two story office development with associated warehouse facilities. Steel portal frame construction with suspended concrete floor to the office.
ROLE: Structural design, site works design and site observation.
Motorway Interchange - Mercer
McCONNELL DOWELL CONSTRUCTION LTD

SCOPE: Infrastructure works associated with a new motorway interchange at Mercer, including a new off-ramp bridge constructed from weathering steel support beams, a cast-insitu reinforced concrete road over rail box culvert and cast-insitu reinforced concrete cantilever retaining walls.
ROLE: Structural design and site observation.
APARTMENT COMPLEX – PARNELL, AUCKLAND

SCOPE : Development comprising six multi use apartment blocks, ranging from three level townhouse / villas to a five storey apartment building with basement car parking. Structural steel and precast concrete wall structure with precast concrete panel cladding.
ROLE : Structural design and site observation.

SCOPE : A ten storey steel frame apartment building added to an existing four story reinforced concrete building. Utilising eccentrically braced structural steel frames and speedfloor flooring system.
